Oats Porridge(5-6 months)


Oats are the very healthier as its rich in protein and fiber.Oats are avalible readmade nowadays everywhere.People who have farms used to grow organic oats specially.If its possible you can collect those oats as its free from pesticides.Moreover consuming oats has no proved side effects or allergic reactions on your baby.Scientifucally its proven tat soaked oats are much easier to digest than cooked oats.If you have no time to do this.you can prepare home made ceralc


Ingredients

Oats (any variety)

Preparation -1

1.Wash and Soak Oats over night in a bowl with water

2.In Morning use a pan to boil the Oats along with same water for 2-5 minutes inorder to retain its nutrients

3.Once its done .Mix it with breast milk or formula milk or cow milk (if non allergic)

4.use a blender to blend it

5.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon

Preparation -2

1.Wash Oats with water

2.Blend it using a blender

3.Once it becomes silky soft

4.Boil it in a covered pan with little watter and stir it continously for 2-5 minutes

5.Once its done .Mix it with breast milk or formula milk or cow milk (if non allergic)

6.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon

While introducing a new ceral for the first time, always wait three days before switching to the next ceral.If it suits well for your baby then move to next ceral
