Ingredients

Ripe Papaya

Preparation

1.Select bright yellow papaya which is ripened well

2.Peel off the skin using a peeler

3.Cut lengthwise and remove papaya seeds.As seeds wont give good taste for babies

4.Use a blender and make it puree

5.Since papaya has a soft texture.It can be eaten raw

6.Mix it breast milk or formula milk.

7.Serve it to your baby using baby bowl and spoon
